Payment InformationYour account's paid time begins on the day you sign up with us. Your payment anniversary will always be that date each month (or each quarter, each 6-month period, each year, depending on the length of time for which you've paid). Our minimum account time is one month. Our rate is $20 per month. We are a pre-pay service. Failure to pay on time can lead to interruption in your ability to connect to the Internet and your e-mail. Monthly AccountsAs we do not send out paper invoices for our Dial-up monthly plans, we do send out monthly email reminders with the renewal date in there. This will be sent to your primary email account you have listed with us. We only send one reminder, so remember to check your email. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email stating the amount received and the New renewal date. We usually send out the Email Reminders one to two weeks prior to your renewal date. If your account is still not paid for by the third day after your renewal date, then we will send out an Overdue Email Reminder basically stating that your account is overdue. If the account still goes unpaid six days after your renewal date, we will send out a second Overdue Reminder, this one stating your renewal date, and also stating the disconnect date if payment is not made by that date. There is a $5.00 re-connect fee if the account goes more than one week unpaid after being disconnected. Alternately, some of our members remind themselves of their renewal date by marking it on their wall or desk calendars. You may also stop by the office to pay. We are open for in-person payment Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., holidays excluded. If you mail your payment, please use this address:
Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual InvoicesWe send these in the U.S. mail, or in e-mail if you prefer. You may pay any invoice with whatever method of payment you choose, amongst the types we accept (see above). If you pay for a year, we'll give you one month free! Annual rate for standard dial-up access is $220. This must be paid all at once to receive the special rate. On vacation? Want to put your account on hold? We can allow your account to go formant, with no payment due, ONLY if you let us know beforehand. We will not credit your retroactively ("after the fact") for a dormant account.
