	Your user name is the part of your e-mail address before the @ symbol. No fewer than 3 characters and no more than 13. This must be all lower case with no spaces and no special characters (letters and numbers only). You may have numbers in your user name, but it cannot begin with a number.

	Your password (3 to 10 characters) is your private "key" to your account. It may be numbers and/or lower case letters only. No special characters, and it may not be the same as your user name.

	Important: We do not send monthly paper invoices. You will receive an email receipt announcing your upcoming renewal date and it is your responsibility to note that date and to pay by that date. Many Downeast.Net members find it helpful to print out their receipts as reminders. Failure to pay for your account in a timely fashion may disrupt your service!
